    The location of Haydarpasha Palace is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. I loved the variety of pools, especially for kids. The food options were abundant and tasty, especially the soups. Cleanliness in the hotel impressed me. The staff at reception could be friendlier. I faced some issues with communication because many staff members struggled with English. The beach area was crowded and the water wasn't very clear, a letdown for my family. I encountered long waits at the bars due to the understaffing. The entertainment was pretty basic and didn't seem engaging, especially the nighttime shows that felt unprofessional. A major downside was the noise. Rooms were not soundproof, so outside noise was disruptive at night. Some things like the children's games had additional fees, which I found unexpected. While I enjoyed many aspects, several areas need attention for a better experience.

    The hotel is reasonably clean, luxury and has lovely location in heels. The rooms are big size and elegant and they have a mini refrigerator and the advertised free WiFi. There is a wide array of outstanding food for breakfast. The services are terrific, including a nice pool. Also, they offer parking on-site. Thank you for an absolutely amazing stay.

    Nice new hotel, claims for cleaning, the beach is so so. Food is pretty good. The staff isn't exactly competent, but they're friendly. All in all, it's good. I recommend it.

    With 5 teenagers, we loved the Children's Aquapark with its 5 thrilling slides. The staff running the animation activities kept everyone entertained with engaging shows and parties. The pools were clean and perfect.
